About Matt Burns

Hi, I’m Matt. I serve as the Director of Marketing at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Connections, based in our Oak Forest office. I create high-quality, engaging content for our agents and builders, helping them elevate their brands and stand out in a competitive market. 

 

As a Part 107 certified drone pilot, I incorporate aerial footage, studio production, and teleprompter-driven content to produce professional, dynamic marketing materials. I also lead large-scale graphic design projects and teach Agent Action Labs, equipping Realtors with practical strategies to stay top of mind and leverage emerging technology, including AI. 

 

In addition to content creation, I manage backend marketing initiatives for the brokerage, including website management and Meta advertising campaigns. I’m passionate about blending creativity with technology — and making marketing both powerful and fun for the agents we serve.
